About

The Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 5K/10K offers a 10K run, a 5K run and a 5K walk at Cook Park in Tigard, in the Portland area of Oregon, on July 10, 2027, with all three starting at 8:20 a.m. In-person and virtual options are available.

The scenic loop runs through natural terrain, and participants can run solo or alongside others. The course is stroller-friendly, with a staggered start for safety and performance. Every finisher receives a T-shirt, a medal and a race kit. Proceeds go to the Ladybug CDH Foundation, which supports awareness, medical research and families facing congenital diaphragmatic hernia in the Pacific Northwest. Virtual runners are encouraged to form training groups and log their miles together.
