Johnstown, Alexandria & Granville Turkey Trot

The Johnstown, Alexandria & Granville Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving-morning tradition that starts at the Johnstown Trail Head on the T.J. Evans bike path in Johnstown, Ohio, with a fun run for kids and a choice of run/walk events for adults.

Entrants can pick a turkey-shaped hat, a long-sleeve t-shirt, or a hoodie, and everyone gets a personalized bib, a finisher medal, and a treat such as a slice of pie, a donut, or a cookie. Races are chip-timed with instant results, and the event offers snacks, refreshments, and a dedicated water station for dogs. Parking is available nearby, and strollers are welcome.
