The Johnstown Mastodon March 5 K/10 K Run & Walk in Johnstown, Ohio, offers a 5K (3.1 miles) and a 10K (6.2 miles) for runners and walkers on June 5, 2027. Both distances start at 8:30 a.m., and a free kids fun run for ages 1 to 8 gets underway at 8:15 a.m.; no T-shirts are provided for the kids run.

The event is organized by Johnstown Lifestyle, a nonprofit that works to strengthen community ties and promote wellness in Johnstown. For an additional fee, a balanced breakfast with live bluegrass music is served in partnership with American Legion Post 254, and alcohol is available for purchase with valid ID.
