About

The Indy Miny Weekend takes place in Indianapolis, Indiana, in early May, and includes two road races: a 5K (3.1 miles) and a half marathon (13.1 miles). Runners can choose the distance that matches their level and goals. The event is held in the state capital on an urban course open to runners of every profile. Early May in central Indiana is usually mild but can be rainy, so it helps to check the forecast the night before and pack a light jacket for the start line. For anyone moving up from the 5K, the half marathon is a natural next goal.
