The Hope 5 K, also known as the HOPE Challenge, takes place at the Pryor Creek Recreation Center in Pryor Creek on June 5, 2027, with a fun run at 8:00 a.m. and a 5K (3.1 miles) at 8:30 a.m. The event is organized by TATUR Racing.

Medals go to the top three men and women in each age group in the 5K. Participants can receive a T-shirt after the race while supplies last, and a virtual option is available. The event is USATF-sanctioned and supports the Mayes County HOPE Fit Biz program, with proceeds going to the Mayes County HOPE Coalition.
