The Honey Brook Sweetwater Run takes place in Caernarvon Township (Narvon), Lancaster County, on September 18, 2027, with the 5K (3.1 miles) run/walk starting at 2:30 p.m. The course crosses the grounds of the Lanchester landfill and recovery center, over varied, scenic terrain that includes gravel roads, wooded trails and grassy paths, as well as significant elevation changes.

A 1-mile kids' fun run, designed especially for younger participants, starts at 2 p.m. Proceeds go to local nonprofits that provide food and emergency services to the community, with an emphasis on health, wellness and local engagement.
