The Heatwave Half Marathon - Austin offers a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a half marathon relay, a 10K, a 5K, a 1 mile and a Kids Dash, with options for runners of all ages and abilities. All events start at 7:00 a.m. on July 18, 2027.

Participants receive a designer T-shirt and a custom medal, with chip timing and live results. A virtual option is also available for those who prefer to take part remotely, and youth pricing is offered for kids 12 and under. The event wraps up with a cool-down treat, free ice cream for every participant, in a friendly atmosphere for friends and family.
