The Hawaii Kai Ultra Run XTreme in Honolulu offers distances from the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) up to 100 miles (160.9 km), with a 30K, a marathon, a 50K, 50 miles and a 100K in between. Set for July 24, 2027, all distances have a 3:00 a.m. scheduled start, though runners can also choose their own start time.

The race begins at Kalama Valley Park and follows a scenic loop with several aid stations. The event promotes sustainability by encouraging participants to bring their own reusable hydration gear. Every finisher receives a certificate and a medal. Open to runners of all levels, it offers a challenging experience amid Hawaii's landscapes.
