About

The Hargus Lake Trail Race takes place in Circleville, Ohio, over a weekend in late May, among the woods and along the shores of Hargus Lake. Both Saturday and Sunday include a trail half marathon (13.1 miles), a 10K and a 5K, all starting at 10:00 a.m. On Saturday there is also a timed 6 Hours of Power event, starting at 8:00 a.m.

The trails cross varied scenery and are home to native wildlife. Runners of all levels are welcome, in an encouraging atmosphere that lets people enjoy the natural beauty of the park. Because the same distances are offered on both days, you can choose the day that suits your schedule. Wear trail shoes, as spring rain can leave sections soft.
