About

Halloween Trick or Trot Run 5K/10K/13.1 DALLAS FORT WORTH is held in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 31, 2026, with the half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K, 5K and a family one-mile fun run all starting at 7:30 a.m. The annual race runs through city streets, mixes competition with Halloween atmosphere and is open to runners of every level. Finishers receive a runner shirt and a finisher medal.

Think of the three timed distances as one ladder: the 5K to run hard on tired legs, the 10K to test your threshold, the half to prove a full training block. Wave sizes are limited, so the start stays orderly and you can settle into rhythm quickly. There is a virtual entry for anyone who cannot travel, and complimentary treats and a running community to talk to once you have crossed the line.
