Grand Rapids Hot Cider Hustle

Grand Rapids Hot Cider Hustle is held in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on October 31, 2026. It is a road race with three distances, a 5K, a 10K and a half marathon (13.1 miles), run through the city streets and several of Grand Rapids' public parks.

Every participant is offered a hot cider tasting at the end, a nod to the season and to the name on the bib. On the running side, the half marathon is the one that needs planning: a 12-week build with a weekly long run stretching toward 11 miles will get most runners to the line comfortably. The 5K and 10K ask far less, and either works well as a tune-up if you are pointing at a longer race later in the fall.
