The Global Running Day 5K Fun Run! takes place in Canandaigua, New York, on June 2, 2027, with a 6:00 p.m. start, to celebrate Global Running Day.

Participants can walk or run this non-competitive 5K (3.1 miles) on an out-and-back course along Main Street. The course is marked, there is a water station, and finishers receive medals. The event also features music, food and activities for all ages. Prizes go to the first men and women across the finish line.
