The Girls on the Run Spring 5K in Salt Lake City is a 5K (3.1 miles) on May 29, 2027, starting at 9:00 a.m. Better together: everyone is invited to join Girls on the Run Utah to celebrate the end of its spring season.

This is no ordinary community 5K but a day when kids, families and friends of every ability come together to cheer each other on. The race is non-competitive and will not be officially timed. A youth discount is available at registration.
