The Freedom 5K - Andrews is a family-friendly 5K run/walk in the mountain town of Andrews, in Cherokee County, North Carolina, held on July 4, 2027, with a 7:30 a.m. start. Open to participants of all ages, it features a scenic course.

Awards are given in several age groups for both men and women, including a prize for the most patriotic participant. Every participant receives a commemorative T-shirt, and snacks and drinks are provided. Proceeds support local initiatives, including the Andrews trails and the Cherokee Clay Food Alliance.
