The FootLoose 5K, billed as the Footloose 5K Rewind, is a run/walk in Burns Harbor celebrating the vibrant culture of the 1980s, held at Lakeland Park on June 26, 2027. The Kid's Fun Run for ages 3 to 11, over 1K, starts at 5:15 p.m., followed by the 5K (3.1 miles) at 6:00 p.m.

Participants are encouraged to wear '80s-themed outfits and enjoy the music of the era. It is a high-energy tribute to a memorable decade, best enjoyed with friends.
