Fairchance Construction Octoberfest 5k Run/Walk and Mom Maruca's Beer Mile & Beer Mile Relay

The Fairchance Construction Octoberfest 5k Run/Walk and Mom Maruca's Beer Mile & Beer Mile Relay takes place in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, on October 2, 2027. The 5K run and 5K walk start together at 9:00 a.m., followed by the Beer Mile (1 mile / 1.6 km) at 10:00 a.m. No elevation gain has been published.

With a short morning and a moderate commitment, it is a classic fall event geared more toward fun than the clock. The 5K is still a serious distance if you race it hard: a few short interval sessions in the preceding weeks can make a real difference to your finish time. The walk option lets friends, family and runners coming back from a break take part without pressure. The mile is a quick format where the key is not to go out too fast.
