The End Alzheimer’s 5K is held at Arrowhead Park in Cheraw on June 19, 2027, with a 9:30 a.m. start. It is part of the Longest Day Walk, the charity walk organized every year by the Purple Crusaders, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness of Alzheimer's disease.

Registration is required for the 5K, while the walk is free to join. Proceeds benefit local Alzheimer's care and research initiatives. A T-shirt is included, and awards are presented to overall and age-group winners. Strollers are welcome, but pets are not allowed.
