The East End Sizzler 10K/5K takes place in the East End area, at Hensley, on September 18, 2027, in support of the fight against childhood cancer. Runners of all ages and abilities can choose between the 10K (6.2 miles) run and the 5K (3.1 miles) run or walk, both starting at 8 a.m.

The event features chip timing and awards for the top finishers in various age groups. Participants can receive a commemorative T-shirt while contributing to a charitable cause that helps families in need. A course time limit is set to suit both experienced runners and beginners.
