Eagle Chase Fire on the River in Sauk City offers a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles) and a 5K run/walk, all starting at 7:00 a.m. on July 4, 2027, from the beautiful Sauk City Riverfront Park.

Celebrating endurance sports, the event invites participants to test their limits in a friendly atmosphere. Runners get a free breakfast and a finisher's medal, with special trophies for the top runners and medals for the age-group winners in each race. Bib pickup locations are easy to reach, and there's plenty of parking at Riverfront Park and Jaycee Park. With an early start on the Great Sauk Bike Trail, runners can look forward to an upbeat, lively race and a memorable finish.
