About
The Dylan Dainack Memorial 5K takes place in Liberty, New York, on September 25, 2027, with a 10 a.m. start for the 5K run/walk (3.1 miles). The race honors Dylan Dainack and aims to raise awareness of, and support for, people affected by substance use disorder.
The event also sets out to fight the stigma attached to addiction. Participants of all ages are encouraged to take part, and proceeds go to Hope Not Handcuffs, a program that connects law enforcement with community organizations to offer treatment options.
