The Deer Trail Run 5K/10K/Half-Marathon takes place in Mt. Airy Forest in Cincinnati on August 28, 2027, with a 5K, a 10K, a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and a 30K all starting at 9:00 a.m. on the forest's extensive trail network.

Open to runners and walkers of all abilities, the event features themed races, medals and costume contests. A points system lets participants earn annual awards, with the top scorers winning international trips.
