The marathon (26.2 mi) and half marathon (13.1 mi) start at 7:00 a.m., the 10K (6.2 mi) at 8:00 a.m., the 5K (3.1 mi) at 9:00 a.m. and a children's one-mile run at 10:00 a.m., on courses following the lakes and forests around the town.
The five distances make this a genuine family weekend, with the children's run late enough for the adults to have finished and showered. For the marathon, a lakeside course at the end of May in northern Idaho usually means cool mornings and warm afternoons: the runners who suffer are the ones still out there at midday, so build your plan around finishing before the heat arrives rather than around a heroic second half.
