City of Roses Half Marathon / 5K

The City of Roses Half Marathon and 5K takes you through a beautiful setting in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on paved paths through residential neighborhoods and the surrounding countryside. Choose between the half marathon (13.1 miles), with an optional early start, or a fast, flat 5K. The event includes aid stations, volunteers along the course, and post-race refreshments such as snacks, coffee, and local beer. Awards go out in overall and masters categories, and a relay option is also available. A virtual race option lets participants complete the distance remotely.
