About

The Children of the Sun Half Marathon is run on the Children of the Sun Trail in Spokane on August 21, 2027, on a fully paved course suited to runners of all levels. The half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) starts at 8:00 a.m., the 12K (7.5 miles) at 9:00 a.m. and the 5K at 10:00 a.m.

All races start and finish at Wildhorse Park. Participants can count on aid stations, finisher medals and a warm welcome from the local running community. Proceeds go to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Spokane County.
