Chichester Half Marathon

The Chichester Half Marathon takes place in Chichester District on 3 October 2027. Two distances are on the programme: the half marathon (21.1 km) and a shorter 12 km. Start times have not been announced and course elevation has not been published.

The 12 km sits neatly between the classic 10K and the half: it lets you test a sustained pace for a little over an hour without the recovery cost of a 21.1 km. Runners building towards an end-of-year goal can use it as a quality session in race conditions. The half marathon remains the benchmark distance of the British autumn: two months of preparation with a weekly long run and some threshold work is enough for a regular runner to tackle it in good shape.
