The Chicago Chinatown 5K Run, organized by Project: VISION, is a 5K (3.1 miles) in Chicago's Chinatown on July 17, 2027, starting at 8:00 a.m. The nonprofit event supports local youth through educational and civic programs, and lets participants discover the neighborhood's rich culture, whether running in person or taking part virtually.

Funds raised pay for free programs, including tutoring, career workshops and leadership training, that empower underserved Asian American youth. Since 2003, Project: VISION has made a positive impact on more than 2,000 students, helping them succeed in school and give back to their community.
