The Cheesy Pretzel 5K and 1 Mile Fun Walk is a USATF-certified fundraising event in Bolingbrook, held on October 3, 2027, with a scenic course through the area. The 5K (3.1 miles) starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 1-mile (1.6 km) walk at 8:05 a.m.

The event supports programs for at-risk teens. Registered participants receive pretzel bites and cheese, and the first 500 receive a medal and a long-sleeve T-shirt. There are awards for top finishers, along with refreshments.
