About

The Celebrate! West Hartford Road Races, also known as the FUNd RUNS, take place in West Hartford on June 13, 2027, with a non-competitive Kids' K (about 0.6 miles / 1 km) at 8:00 a.m. and a 5K (3.1 miles) at 9:00 a.m., both designed to get families active together.

The 5K takes runners through scenic parts of West Hartford. The event supports local families, with proceeds going to The Town That Cares and the Leisure Services Scholarship Fund, which help children from low-income families. Awards and prizes go to top runners in various age groups, and participants can enter a raffle. It is a healthy, community-minded event for all ages that supports a good cause.
