Candy Cane Course - Greater Atlanta

Candy Cane Course - Greater Atlanta is an annual holiday-themed race held in the Atlanta, Georgia, area on December 19, 2026. Five formats share a 9:00 a.m. start: a 15K, a 10K, a 5K, a one-mile, and a Kids Dash for the youngest runners. Every entrant gets a branded shirt, a custom finisher medal, and timed results updated live during the race, along with free photos and treats at the finish. Youth pricing is available, and a virtual entry exists for anyone who cannot attend in person.

Pick your distance by what your fall looked like. If you have been running four or more days a week, the 15K gives you a genuine test at roughly 9.3 miles. If your mileage has been patchy, the 5K delivers a hard effort without leaving you sore for a week, and the mile is short enough for a first race.
