The Can Lake 50 is an ultramarathon in the Town of Canandaigua, New York, on October 9, 2027. The CanLake Ultras offer two races: a 50-mile run (80.5 km) starting at 7:00 a.m. and a 50K (31 miles) starting at 10:00 a.m.

The 50-miler is a loop around one of the Finger Lakes in western New York, known for its scenery and its tough climbs, including Bopple Hill. The 50K follows a point-to-point course and is more approachable for runners new to ultras.
