The Camp Bethel PEP! 5K Run/Walk is an annual 5K (3.1-mile) trail run and walk held at Camp Bethel in Fincastle on September 4, 2027, with a 7 a.m. start. The course takes in trails, fields and woods that are well suited to runners.

Taking part supports the camp, and the entry fee covers services such as water stations, a T-shirt, snacks, drinks and a brunch. The event aims to promote health, fellowship and support for Camp Bethel.
