The Boscobel Firecracker Run/Walk celebrates Independence Day at Kronshage Park in Boscobel, Grant County, on July 4, 2027. Participants choose between a 5-mile (8 km) run at 8:15 a.m. and a 2-mile run at 8:25 a.m. or walk at 8:30 a.m., and there is also a kids' fun run.

After the race, participants can enjoy a free swim at the municipal pool and a parade downtown. Proceeds support local tourism initiatives and scholarships through the Boscobel Education Foundation.
