The Boos & Brew 5K (Binghamton) is a Halloween-themed 5K (3.1 miles) at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton on October 17, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. Organized by Willow Running, it takes participants along scenic paved trails.

There are prizes for the most creative costumes, along with traditional awards for the overall top finishers and age-group winners. Registered runners receive a custom long-sleeve T-shirt and a finisher medal.
