The Annapolis 10 Mile Run is a 10-mile (16.1 km) road race in Annapolis, Maryland, held on August 29, 2027, starting at 7:00 a.m. It is organized by Annapolis Striders, Inc., a volunteer-run nonprofit that promotes fitness through running, and is recognized as one of the top ten 10-mile races in the United States.

The course takes runners through historic Annapolis and over the Severn River. The event follows Road Runners Club of America guidelines and serves as the RRCA National 10 Mile Championship. Participants must be at least 12 years old, and there is no race-day registration.
