The B&A Marathon and Half Marathon takes place in the Glen Burnie area of Maryland in late March, with the course in Severna Park, Anne Arundel County. Both the marathon (26.2 miles) and the half marathon (13.1 miles) start at 7:30 a.m., in a lively and encouraging atmosphere.

The courses are USATF certified for accurate distances, and the marathon is a recognized Boston Marathon qualifier. The route covers about 1.9 miles on residential streets before joining the B&A Trail, a fast asphalt path built on a former railway line, which suits runners going for a personal best.
