Ache Around the Lake is an annual running event in Tryon, held on October 9, 2027, in the scenic surroundings of Lake Lanier, between Landrum, South Carolina, and Tryon, North Carolina. The program features an 8K (5 miles) at 8:00 a.m., a 2-mile race (3.2 km) at 8:05 a.m. and a 1-mile race (1.6 km) at 8:15 a.m.
