Psycho Wyco Run Toto Run takes place in Kansas City, Kansas, on February 20, 2027. Three trail distances are on the schedule: 50K, 20 miles and 10 miles, covering everything from a long training day to a full ultra on the same February weekend.

Trail ultras ask for patience with soft, uneven ground, and shoes with real grip will serve you better than fast ones. If the 50K is the goal, a 14- to 16-week build with a weekly long run and regular time on uneven ground is the sensible route. The 20-miler works nicely as a supported long run inside a spring marathon block, and the 10-mile is the entry point, still long enough to teach you how differently trail pacing behaves compared with road pacing.
