The XTERRA Cameron Park Trail Run takes place in Waco, Texas, in McLennan County, in early June, with three distances: a trail half-marathon length run of 21K (about 13 miles), a 10K and a 5K. Starts are staggered at 8:00 a.m., 8:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. respectively.
