About

The Wildflower Trails 5k is a 5K (3.1-mile) run in downtown Linden, Texas, on trails lined with wildflowers, and it kicks off the Wildflower Trails festival. The race starts at 8 a.m. on April 24, 2027, and both starts and finishes at the Linden Masonic Lodge.

Beyond the race, the festival offers a range of attractions, including vendor booths, a car show and concerts. An entry fee applies, and awards go to the top overall finishers and to the winners of each age group. Runners who register before a set deadline receive a race T-shirt, and the local Masonic Lodge serves free pancakes. Proceeds fund a scholarship for a Linden-Kildare High School student.
