About

The Wekiwa Springs Ultra is a timed trail ultra in Apopka, starting at 7:30 a.m. on January 2, 2027. Runners can choose between 6-hour, 12-hour and 24-hour trail runs, along with a 24-hour team relay, all on the scenic trails of Wekiwa Springs.

When they are not running, participants can enjoy campfires, live music and movie screenings. An aid station provides drinks and snacks, and awards are based on the number of laps completed. Every participant receives a race shirt, a medal and other keepsakes. The event is open to solo runners and teams, with flexibility in the number of laps and in runner exchanges for relay teams.
