The Waves 2 Wine 5 K offers a 5K (3.1-mile) run and a competitive 5K walk from Gulf Breeze on May 15, 2027, both starting at 8:00 a.m. The course links Gulf Breeze to SandShaker by way of the Bob Sikes Bridge.

Participants can enjoy a refreshment at the finish and a party with a DJ. The first 200 registrants receive a custom T-shirt, every participant gets a medal, and age-group awards are presented to both runners and walkers.
