The Viaduct Trail Ultramarathon offers a 100-mile (160.9 km) and a 50-mile (80.5 km) trail ultra near Susquehanna Depot, Pennsylvania, on July 10, 2027. The start is at the Starrucca Viaduct in Lanesboro, and the course is built on out-and-back legs of about 25 miles (40 km), four of them making up the full distance, along a section of rail trail that is mostly flat and rocky.

The elevation changes are gradual, with two noticeable dips where old trestle bridges once stood.
