Vet Fest - 5K & 1-mile Fun Walk

Vet Fest - 5K & 1-mile Fun Walk is an annual event in Middletown, Delaware, that brings military and civilian communities together to promote fitness and raise awareness of suicide among service members and veterans. On September 25, 2027, the 5K (3.1 miles), the 1-mile Family Fun Walk and a motorcycle ride all start at 9:00 a.m.

Participants can run, walk or ride, locally or virtually. While the original host site, Whitehall, Delaware, continues to stage the event, people from across the country are encouraged to take part. The event supports Stop Soldier Suicide in its fight against the epidemic of suicide in the military. Registrants receive a commemorative T-shirt.
