The Skeleton Run takes place at Deerfield Town Park in Deerfield, New York, and offers three distance options: a quarter-mile children's dash, a community run of about 1.5 miles, and a 5K that winds through the park's wooded trails. Runners of all ages are encouraged to show up in costume for the occasion, adding a festive touch to the morning.
Awards go to the top overall male and female finishers in the 5K, along with the top runner in each age division, rounding out a fun, family-friendly event for the community.
