Ultra X Slovenia takes place in Zatolmin, in western Slovenia, where the Alps meet Mediterranean influences, on 4 and 5 September 2027. The flagship is a 110 km ultra trail, run either in a single stage or over two stages, alongside one-day options of 60, 50 and 25 km, open to runners and walkers alike.

As a certified UTMB® Index Race, it qualifies for the 100K, 50K and 20K categories. The routes cross the Vipava Valley, with its vineyards and plateaus, beneath the Julian Alps.

The 110 km and the Ultra X 60 (61 km) start at 6am on 4 September, the 50 km at 6am on 5 September, and the Ultra X 25 (26 km) and a 12 km at 9am on 5 September.
