The Tunnel Vision Marathon & Half Marathon, a USATF-certified Boston qualifier finishing near North Bend, Washington, is known for its almost continuously downhill profile. On August 8, 2027, the marathon starts at 7 a.m. and the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 8 a.m.

Starting from Snoqualmie Pass, the marathon course drops more than 2,000 feet (610 m) over 26.2 miles (42.2 km), beginning inside the 2.4-mile (3.9 km) Snoqualmie Tunnel before descending the forested slopes of the Cascades past waterfalls, ridges and moss-covered conifers. Field size is limited to ensure a well-supported race, all the way to a festive finish.
