About

Tuck Fest takes place in Charlotte, North Carolina, over a weekend in late April, and is a multisport festival built around trail running. The running events include a trail half marathon and a 5K trail race on Saturday morning, plus a night 10K trail and a night trail 5K on Sunday evening, with a night obstacle race on Friday. The festival also holds kayak races, a slalom, boatercross, mountain bike races of 25 miles and 7.5 miles, open-water swims of 0.9 and 0.5 miles, stand-up paddleboard races and a 4-mile dog jog. Runners who finish the specified races can earn the Tuck Fest Marathon Challenge Award, provided they choose the proper timing chip option at registration.
