The True to the Brew Trail Run/Hike 13.1 Half Marathon is a trail half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) in Spartanburg, South Carolina, on the Croft Passage of the Palmetto Trail, starting at 7:30 a.m. on October 2, 2027. Limited to 200 participants, it features a technical, challenging course with moderate hills, best suited to experienced runners, and a four-hour time limit.

Finishers receive a custom medal and breakfast. Packet pickup takes place at the RJ Rockers brewery. Participants must be over 14 years old, and strollers and dogs are not allowed on the course. The race goes ahead rain or shine, with no refunds or deferrals.
