Tröegs Rugged Trail 5k Run for Conservation

The Tröegs Rugged Trail 5K Run for Conservation is an annual race benefiting the land and trail network of the Ned Smith Center in Millersburg, Pennsylvania. Runners choose between two courses: the walker-friendly Hopback Trail or the tougher Rugged Trail, both roughly 3.1 miles. Afterward there's a post-race party with live music, food, and craft beer from Tröegs Brewing Company, including a Rugged Trail Ale brewed specially for the event. Entry includes a race shirt, a beer or soda, a slice of pizza, and other refreshments. Proceeds support the Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art, which maintains trails, galleries, and educational programs.
