Run to Remember - Cary is a race in Cary offering 2-mile (3.2 km), 4-mile (6.4 km) and 6-mile (9.7 km) distances on May 22, 2027, with all three starting at 8:00 a.m. The event supports local veterans who served overseas, and participants can choose to run, walk, ride or stroll their distance.

A new course is set up at the Northwest Cary YMCA, and the event offers both in-person and virtual options. Everyone who signs up for any distance is eligible for rewards, including a chance to win free entries to future events. Finishers receive medals and giveaways, with additional awards for the top finishers. The event encourages community involvement and aims to reach 500 participants.
